With the increasing complexity of the features in computers, more complete use of the computer itself anyway, so computer’s users increase because computer is so efficient in doing a job. A concrete example is the student. Nearly all students in the world have computer. In addition to helping the learning process more efficient, computer also can load thousands of pieces of electronic books, so students do not need to carry a burdensome book to school. In school, teachers also use the services of the computer to deliver material by the LCD. Applications which commonly used are the power point, Prezi, or other presentation applications. Besides being more efficient, the display presentation using the computer more variety and interesting, so students do not get bored and sleepy during the lesson. Computers also provide entertainment such as music, movies, photos, so students have entertainment while they have nothing to do. Moreover, with the features provided by the internet, students can find material needed by quickly and cheap. Besides, the internet also provides a social network that enables students to interact with the outside world without having to move from his seat at all.

Indeed, if we take a deep thinking, we really too dependent on computers, because computer give big advantages for student life. But there are some side effects of excessive computer use, which we are not accustomed to doing things manually. An example is the fact that we are accustomed to type using the computer, we do not even comfortable writing hand and even get tired. That way we will always complain even more if our teacher gives us a task that requires us to do hand writing. 
As a wise student, we have to be very clever to confine them to be less dependent on the computer and not leave the association. Use the computer as a learning support, but if we have time to spare, it would be wise if we spend it with people we love.

When Teacher Leave Their Life

Teachers take a main role in the world of science education as a mediator, where students get answers to questions about the world. Teachers have their own way on teaching, and every teacher is different with another teacher. There are teachers who teach students slowly and repeat until all the students understand the material, there is also a teacher with a firm and fast, and others.

Based on the reasons above, students often assume that evil and cruel teacher A and teacher B is nice and understanding, so that they do not like some of the teachers at the school. When the teacher heard rumors against him, it can be affect his work atmosphere. It can be a cause of discomfort teaching-learning process in schools. Just imagine when you hear bad news about you, and the whole school talking about the same thing, it will be so hurt isn’t it?. Besides, grading certain teacher is a less polite done by a student. Teachers are our parents in school, so we should respect it like we honor our parents at home. In addition, teachers are those who convey knowledge to us, and we should be grateful for the services of our teachers. Teaching is not easy, especially for teachers who are already married. They must divide their time between taking care of the family at home, and taught school. It can be possibly, when the teacher was teaching his students, he left his own son who was sick at home just for his noble duty as a teacher. So we should not grading  teachers based on just one side of them, even more so if we do not understand the problems faced by our teachers.

On the other hand, students have the right to express an opinion when students feel a teacher's way of teaching is less good. For example, if a teacher teaches too fast with the aim to finish the material quicker. Maybe for some of the students were able to catch and understand it, but we know that not all students have the same ability and teachers are required to understand the situation as it is. In addition, by grading, teachers are motivated and have a desire to improve. To avoid misunderstandings between teachers and students, the means used to convey the aspirations of the students should be well, such as writing a letter. 

Sometimes we see things only from one side, the view of our own. Mutual understanding between teachers and students is a wonderful thing, especially if the desire of each part delivered and fulfilled.

It's Time for Homework to Resign

Education is the most basic human needs and by the development of the times, evolved into a prestigious education. Speaking of education, indirectly related to the main points of the process of teaching and learning that is school. In the classroom the teacher has a different way to make the students understand and master the material, one of which is homework.

Of course, the teacher gives homework to students with a specific purpose, one of which is to assist students in mastering the material provided by the teacher. During the hour lessons are often some of the students are not listening intently and even worse they sleepy or fall asleep in class. Seeing that some teachers might be just ignores it, not because they do not know and do not want to know, but there is a separate record on the issue, and some are directly give punishment. That's why the teachers think that homework is a solution to fix this problem, here is expected that students have a desire to master the material taught. In addition to the homework, you can see the difference between students who are diligent and lazy students doing homework. Students who have completed their homework will feel calm, and felt ready to go to school, without worry. It is a satisfaction and pleasure for a student. If students cannot do their homework by their self, then they will automatically ask their friends, parents, or their senior in school, so students are able to interact and build relationships with other people. Moreover, if it can make student have a group to solve their problem in learning.

However, in some contexts, homework can be something very difficult. One is too much homework given by the teacher. With so much homework, students are difficult to focus to homework because pressed for time to finish the other homework. Sometimes teachers give homework to the quantity but less quality. It is a huge waste of time that should be used to develop the talent of the students. In addition, because too much homework, students often sleep in the morning to finish their homework. Those that is not able to finish it at home, at work instead of cheating by school friends. 

Homework is important and useful, but too much homework can be especially difficult for students, moreover if the homework is less quality but pro quantity. Perhaps it is time for teachers to change the method of homework with new fresh method that more effective to make students master the material, such as debates. Whatever it is its form, students always try to do their best.

Indonesia is known as the Asian’s largest archipelagic nation which uses democracy system. Democracy means of the people, by the people and for the people. As a democratic country Indonesia promotes the interests of its people, restore the decision into the hands of the people, and subject to majority.

But nowadays, the meaning of democracy increasingly misused by the people and leaders of the State. With the excuse of 'democracy', many of the people who staged a demonstration. As for the leaders, they are competing to get the highest power through society vote. A concrete example can be seen in the general election. No question, it is clear that there is a general election had been unfair, whether selection of instruments of government, village, or other device. Vote less, play back, and etc. are coloring elections in our country. This happens because the goals and the way from the beginning were wrong. The purpose of the candidate is power, and the way in which politics is black.

Unlike what happened in SMAN 10 Malang (Sampoerna Academy) International Boarding School. Besides academic education we also learn about leadership. Not just theory, practice real leadership applied in school and dormitory life. Selection committee chairman and chairman of the student council is one obvious example.

Elections conducted in a transparent and really ‘luberjurdil’. Campaign carried out is really a big influence whether or not a candidate was selected, because the candidates' campaign the vision and mission and are required to answer questions that given by public. From the answers we can look how wise enough them in response to a problem. From here we can see a side of 'democracy', where people have the right to speak. After that the public has the freedom to choose their own choice, without previous authorization or 'bribes' of the candidate. Furthermore, counting of votes is done in front of the school, so transparency became clear. In addition, if there is a discrepancy in the committee did not decide by their self but return the decision to the school society. Finally, after knowing who the candidate with the most votes, the elected candidate and the other candidate shaking hands with each other and encourage each other, it shows that any candidate who is not elected as the chairman can tolerant.
